Your portal's Feedback is where your users share ideas, vote for the ones they want and talk with your team. This article describes what they see and can do there. For your team's side, see Triage your feedback.
Each board is its own list, such as feature requests or integrations. Feedback in the portal's menu opens your first board. To add or change boards, see Organise feedback with boards.

Share an idea
At the top of every board is a Share your idea box.
Type a title, 3 to 120 characters.
Add details if you like. Type
/in the details for lists, images and more.Choose Submit post. Your team can give each board its own words for this button and for the box's placeholders.
The person who posts an idea votes for it automatically.
While someone types a title, Tuti looks through the project's posts on every board. Up to five that look the same appear under Already posted? Vote on it instead:, with their votes and board, so people vote on the idea that's there instead of posting it again. Tuti matches both the words of the title and what it means, so the same idea in other words can turn up too.

Vote and comment
Vote: choose the arrow button with the vote count. Choose it again to take the vote back. A filled button means you voted.
Comment: open an idea and write in the box under its comments, then choose Comment. Your team's replies are tinted and have a Team badge.
On board lists and the roadmap, an idea that's Completed shows its votes as a plain count, with no button.
Find ideas
Each board has tabs that order its list:
Trending, the default: the most votes in the last 7 days first, then the most votes overall.
Top: the most votes first.
New: the newest first.
Mine: the ideas you posted or voted for on this board, newest first, in every status. It's there when you're signed in and can vote.
The tabs list ideas that are still to come: Open, Under review, Planned and In progress. To find any idea, including shipped and closed ones, type in Search ideas. Lists show 50 ideas at a time; Load more shows the next 50.
The sidebar
On a wide screen, a sidebar sits beside the list:
Boards: every board, when there are two or more, each with how many ideas on it are still to come.
Recently shipped: the five ideas on this board completed most recently. It isn't shown beside search results or Mine.
Get updates: whether you'll get an email when ideas you vote on ship, and links to the Changelog and its RSS feed. On a public portal, you can subscribe to the changelog by email here too (see Email your changelog to subscribers).
On a phone, the boards are in a row under the portal's menu, Recently shipped is under the list, and Get updates isn't shown.
Get updates tells you which applies to you:
It says | What it means |
|---|---|
Vote for an idea to hear when it ships. | You're signed out. |
Vote for an idea to get an email when it ships. | You'll be emailed when ideas you vote on ship. |
Confirm your email to hear when ideas you vote on ship. | Your email address isn't confirmed yet. Resend email sends the confirmation again. |
You've unsubscribed from these emails. | You unsubscribed or turned these emails off. The link opens your Account, where you can turn them back on. |
Sign in to vote | You're signed in through another project's sign-in, so you can't vote here. |
An idea's page
Open an idea to see all of it:
Its status. When your team has set an expected month, it shows as expected and the month, such as expected March 2027, until that month has passed or the idea is Completed or Closed.
The faces of the latest voters and how many people want it.
Shipped in and the changelog entry, once a published entry ships it.
Its comments, with each status change between them, such as Planned → In progress, and when it happened.
Similar ideas: other ideas that are still to come and look like this one, so you can vote on those too.

Follow an idea without voting
Subscribe on an idea's page gets you an email when it's completed, without voting for it. Unsubscribe stops it.
If you posted, voted for or commented on the idea, you'll hear anyway: the page says You'll hear when it ships. instead of the button. Either way, you get one email per idea.
Subscribe isn't shown when:
the idea is Completed or Closed, or you've already been emailed that it shipped;
the project can't email you, for example because your address isn't confirmed, you unsubscribed from its emails, or the portal is private and you aren't one of its readers;
the idea is sample content.
To choose which of these emails you get, see Choose which emails a portal sends you.
Signed-out visitors
On a public portal, anyone can read the boards, ideas, comments and roadmap. To post, vote, comment or subscribe, people sign in (see Sign in to a portal):
In Share your idea, they can type a title and see similar ideas. The button says Sign in to post, and brings them back to the board with their title still there.
The vote buttons say Sign in to vote when you point at them.
Beside the comment box it says You'll sign in to post it. What they wrote is back in the box when they return, ready to send.
On a private portal, only the people you let in can see it at all. See Make your portal private.
