Forward your company's address to your Tuti support address, so emails to it land in the Inbox. Both are in Settings → Inbox and email, under Your own address → Receiving emails, each with a copy button. On the Free plan, copy your support address from Email → Your support address on the same page. See Set up support email for the rest of the setup.

Forward the mailbox

An admin forwards the mailbox, or the shared mailbox, in the Exchange admin center:

  1. Open Recipients → Mailboxes and choose your support address (like [email protected]).

  2. Under Mailbox → Email forwarding, choose Manage email forwarding.

  3. Turn on Forward all emails sent to this mailbox, choose Forward to an external email address, and enter your Tuti support address.

  4. To keep a copy in the mailbox too, check Deliver message to both forwarding address and mailbox. Then Save.

This keeps the original sender. An Outlook rule's Forward doesn't: if you use a rule, choose Redirect. See Microsoft's guide.

Allow forwarding outside your organisation

Microsoft 365 blocks forwarding to outside addresses by default. If emails bounce with 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding:

  1. Open the Microsoft Defender portal, then Email & collaboration → Policies & rules → Threat policies → Anti-spam.

  2. Edit the outbound policy, or add one that applies only to your support mailbox.

  3. Set Automatic forwarding rules to On - Forwarding is enabled, and save.

See Microsoft's guide to external forwarding.

Check it

Send an email to your address from another account. Once it arrives, Receiving emails says Forwarded. On the Free plan, look for it in your Inbox.
