Each board is a separate list of ideas on your portal, such as feature requests, bugs or integrations. Your project starts with one, Feature requests. Owners and admins manage boards; everyone on your team can see them.
Open Feedback, then Boards at the top of the page.

Each row shows the board's address on your portal, how many posts it has, how many of them are open (not yet completed or closed), and its description. The address opens the board on your portal. The name opens Feedback on the All tab with just that board's posts.
Plans
Plan | Boards |
|---|---|
Free | Up to 2 |
Pro | Up to 5 |
Business | Unlimited |
When you've reached your plan's limit, Boards says so in place of New board, with a link to upgrade. If you move to a plan with a lower limit, you keep the boards you have, but you can't add more. See Plans and what each includes.
Add a board
Choose New board.
Fill in:
Name: 2 to 60 characters.
URL: filled in from the name as you type it. 2 to 40 lowercase letters, numbers and single dashes. The board is on your portal at
/feedback/followed by it.Description: optional, up to 280 characters, shown under the board's name on your portal.
Choose Create board.
The new board appears on your portal straight away.
Change a board
Choose Edit on its row. Besides the name, URL and description, you can set the words people see when they post an idea on this board. Leave one empty to keep the default.
Button: the button that sends the idea, up to 30 characters. The default is Submit post. For example, Report a bug or Request an integration.
Title placeholder: the hint in the empty title, up to 80 characters. The default is Short, descriptive title.
Details placeholder: the hint in the empty details, up to 120 characters. The default is Any more details? Type / for lists, images and more.
Choose Save.

On your portal, the board's Share your idea box then uses them:

The widget's feedback form posts to your first board and uses that board's words.
If you change the URL, links to the old one keep working: they go to the board's new address.
Move posts between boards
Change a post's Board on its page or in the Feedback pane, or tick several posts in Feedback and choose Move to board. Their votes, comments and numbers stay the same, and old links to them keep working. See Triage your feedback.
Delete a board
Delete shows on a board that has no posts, when it isn't your only board. Move a board's posts to another board first. Posts that were merged into others stay on their board and still count, and the row says how many, such as 0 posts · 1 merged; a board with merged posts can't be deleted.
Choose Delete, then Delete again to confirm. The board is removed from your portal.
