Forward your company's address to your Tuti support address, so emails to it land in the Inbox. Both are in Settings → Inbox and email, under Your own address → Receiving emails, each with a copy button. On the Free plan, copy your support address from Email → Your support address on the same page. See Set up support email for the rest of the setup.
If it's an alias
Open Settings → My email addresses and choose your support address (like
[email protected]).In its delivery options, add your Tuti support address as a delivery target. Show advanced delivery preferences shows the alias's targets. Keep your Fastmail address there too if you want a copy.
Save. A new alias can take up to 15 minutes to start working.
Fastmail doesn't run its spam filter on mail forwarded from an alias. See Fastmail's guide to aliases.
If it's a user's address
Signed in as that user:
Open Settings → Filters & Rules and choose Create rule.
Choose All messages, then Continue.
Choose the Send a copy to action, enter your Tuti support address, and Save.
A rule doesn't forward messages Fastmail filters as spam. See Fastmail's guide to forwarding.
If forwarded emails don't arrive
Turn on SRS (Sender Rewriting Scheme), which helps forwarded emails pass the receiving side's checks: open Settings → Users & Sharing → Team settings and, under SRS, turn on Enable SRS rewriting. It applies to everyone in your Fastmail account, and Fastmail suggests it only when forwarding isn't working.
Check it
Send an email to your address from another account. Once it arrives, Receiving emails says Forwarded. On the Free plan, look for it in your Inbox.
