Tuti has three plans, Free, Pro and Business, and Enterprise by quote. A plan belongs to one project, not to your account: every project starts on Free, and upgrading one doesn't change your others. Plans never count your readers, voters or end users. They're unlimited on every plan.

For prices, see tuti.so/pricing. To change a project's plan, see Upgrade, change or cancel a plan.

Everything else is on every plan: feedback, votes and the roadmap, the changelog, the help center and AI answers, the support inbox, the widget, single sign-on, the API and webhooks.

Enterprise

Enterprise is everything in Business, plus SAML single sign-on for your team, audit logs, an SLA and invoices. It's priced by quote: email [email protected].

What the limits mean

  • AI credits: AI answers, AI drafts and summaries, and Autopilot spend them. Every project gets 100 once, to start. Pro and Business add their credits with each paid month, or a year's worth at once when paid yearly. A plan's credits last until the end of the period they came with, so unused ones don't carry over. You can buy more on any plan. See AI credits.

  • Team members: on Free, invites that haven't been accepted yet count too. Settings โ†’ Team & roles shows how many you have. See Invite your team.

  • Feedback boards: once a project has as many boards as its plan allows, Boards says so and New board goes away. Feedback posts are unlimited on every plan. See Boards.

  • Published help articles: only published articles count. Drafts and unpublished changes always save. At the limit, publishing says "Your plan publishes up to 50 articles. Unpublish some, or upgrade to Pro." See Write and publish articles.

  • Inbox history: closed conversations with nothing done in them for longer than this are hidden from the Inbox, search, Users, the API and the widget. Nothing is deleted when it's hidden. Open, snoozed and waiting conversations are never hidden, and a new message brings a closed one back. Closed conversations are deleted a year after the last thing done in them, on every plan. See Work through your support inbox.

  • Versions kept per help article: how many saved versions an article's history shows, the latest included. Older ones are hidden, not deleted, and an upgrade shows them again.

  • Reporting: on Free, Reporting shows a blurred preview with "Reporting needs the Pro plan." On Pro you can pick any range up to a month, Last month included. Past quarter and Past year need Business. See Reporting.

  • Your own domain: your portal at an address like help.yourcompany.com. See Custom domain.

  • Support email from your own address: replies and other emails to your users come from your own domain, like [email protected]. See Use your own email address.

  • Widget launcher icon: on Free, the widget's button shows the chat bubble. Its colour can be changed on every plan. See Customize the widget.

  • A private help center, with reader groups: only people you let in can read your portal, and you can show content to some readers only. See Private portal and Reader groups.

  • Your help center under a path of your site: your portal at an address like yourcompany.com/help. See Sub-folder.

  • Autopilot's Advanced tuning: owners change how sure Autopilot must be before it suggests a change, how much it looks up and how much it thinks. Picking the model for each of Autopilot's steps is on every plan. See Autopilot's models and Advanced tuning.

  • Hide "Powered by tuti": an add-on to a paid plan, never part of one. Free projects show the badge. See Upgrade, change or cancel a plan.

When something needs a higher plan, its page says which, for example "A custom domain needs the Pro plan.", and gives owners and admins a link to Billing.

When a project moves to a lower plan

A project moves to a lower plan when its plan is cancelled and the paid period ends, when you switch from Business to Pro, or when a payment never goes through. Nothing is deleted, and nothing becomes more public. What the lower plan doesn't include stops, and it all works again once the plan is back.

  • Team members: everyone stays. You can't invite anyone new until the team is under the limit.

  • Boards: every board stays. You can't add one until you're under the limit.

  • Help articles: published articles stay live, and you can keep editing and saving them. Nothing more can be published, changes to a live article included, until you unpublish or delete enough articles, or upgrade. Autopilot's article updates wait for you meanwhile.

  • Inbox history and article versions: older conversations and versions are hidden until you upgrade again.

  • Reporting: you see only the ranges the lower plan includes, or the blurred preview on Free.

  • Your own domain, or a path of your site: that address stops showing your portal. Your portal's Tuti address keeps working, and your settings are kept.

  • Support email from your own address: emails to your users come from your project's tuti.email address again. Your settings are kept.

  • Widget launcher icon: the launcher shows the chat bubble. The icon you picked is kept.

  • A private help center and reader groups: a private portal, and content for reader groups, are visible to your team only. Your settings and groups are kept.

  • Autopilot's Advanced tuning: your values are kept but not used, so Autopilot runs with Tuti's defaults until the project is back on Business.

  • Hide "Powered by tuti": the add-on ends with the plan, and the badge shows again.

  • AI credits: credits you have stay until they expire. No more monthly credits come.

On a self-hosted Tuti server there are no plans: every project has everything.
