Forward your company's address to your Tuti support address, so emails to it land in the Inbox. Both are in Settings → Inbox and email, under Your own address → Receiving emails, each with a copy button. On the Free plan, copy your support address from Email → Your support address on the same page. See Set up support email for the rest of the setup.
If it's a mailbox
If someone signs in to the address as a Gmail account:
In Gmail, signed in as your support address (like
[email protected]), open Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP.Choose Add a forwarding address, enter your Tuti support address, then Next → Proceed → OK.
Gmail sends a confirmation link to that address. Open it in your Tuti Inbox and click the link.
Back in Gmail, refresh the settings page, choose Forward a copy of incoming mail to with your Tuti address, and Save Changes.
Gmail doesn't forward emails it marks as spam. See Google's guide.
If it's a group or an alias
Adding your Tuti address to a Google Group sends list mail, which the Inbox ignores. Instead, a Google Workspace admin adds a routing rule, which delivers each email as it came:
In the Admin console, open Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Routing and Configure a new rule.
Under Email messages to affect, check Inbound and Internal - receiving.
Under Envelope filter, choose Only affect specific envelope recipients and enter your address.
Under Also deliver to, check Add more recipients and Add your Tuti support address.
Save. A rule can take up to an hour to apply.
See Google's guide.
Check it
Send an email to your address from another account. Once it arrives, Receiving emails says Forwarded. On the Free plan, look for it in your Inbox.
